With a surface area of 65 m2, it is located in one of the oldest parts of the farmhouse, in a house built in the traditional southern style: river stones and cayrou. Completely renovated, comfortable and modern.

- On the ground floor you will find the living room with the kitchen and the lounge as well as the toilet, the shower room and the laundry room. The living room opens onto a terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The toilet and the shower room (Italian shower) are independent.

- On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds.

- The garden, which is not overlooked, is private, flowered and sheltered by an arbour with a table, 4 sunbeds and a barbecue. From here you have a view of the surrounding countryside and the Corbières. It is adjoined to the gîte l'Olivier.

The swimming pool (12m x 6m) is to be shared and is open to all gîtes from June to September depending on the weather.

It is equipped with free wifi. There is also a parking space.
