In a house of 80 m² the renovation combines modernity and tradition where the coloured cement floors have been preserved.

- On the ground floor, the independent kitchen of 19 m² is fully equipped: ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave. You will also find the 19 m² living room furnished with 2 sofas. 

- For family accommodation on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a 13 m2 shower room and a laundry room (washing machine). One bedroom has a double bed (190 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 cm), the headboards of which are made of traditional Catalan fabrics from the "toiles du soleil".

- The terrace is sheltered by an arbour where a table, 4 chairs, 4 sunbeds and a barbecue are at your disposal. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the garden and the view of the surrounding countryside.

The swimming pool (12m x 6m) is to be shared and is open to all gîtes from June to September depending on the weather.

It is equipped with free wifi. It also has a parking space.
